Terms of Use for Trading Partners

Dear trading partner,

We are pleased to announce that Yvonne Catterfeld will be joining aus again in 2023 to promote the Gabor brand and support you in sales.

As is common practice when working with celebrities, however, we must observe contractual stipulations and would, therefore, like to point out that our cooperation will initially be limited to two seasons. We – and you as our trading partner – will only be able to use the promotional materials featuring Yvonne Catterfeld for the duration of our cooperation:

The materials may only be used from 1 January 2023 at the earliest until 31 March 2024 at the latest.

From 1 April 2024, for example, you must have:

• removed all billboards, decorative materials, posters, flyers, videos, etc. from your business premises and shop windows;
• deleted all images from your online media; and
• erased such content from your social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter); this also means that you must have removed all posts made during the period of use.
