Whistleblower system

If employees, customers, suppliers or other third parties become aware of violations of legal or internal Gabor regulations, we expressly request that these be reported. Reports can also be submitted anonymously. 
In order to enable prompt processing, the case should be presented as clearly as possible. The following questions can help:

  • What offence has been committed? 
  • How was the offence committed?
  • Who committed the offence (persons, company names)?
  • Where did the incident take place (project name, location, country)?
  • When did the offence occur (period, date)?
  • What evidence/indications are there for the offence?

Reports can be submitted to supervisors, the HR department, board members or via our centralised whistleblower system. The whistleblower system offers the highest levels of protection for whistleblowers.
